I went to Aloha HS in Oregon with a whole shitload of people including
bradfitz. I did much acting and singing and trombone playing.
Then I went to the Farm, where I majored in Symbolic Systems (just as fucking wierd as it sounds) and did more acting and singing (but no trombone playing).
Next, I went to Michigan for a Masters, or really for a Ph.D. It turned into a Masters when I interned at Google and failed to escape the wonderful sugary gravitation. So now I work for Google as a 'disappearer', making sure that people who are late in their monthly payments cease to exist in information space. (Okay, so that's not my 'job description', but neither was making sure my female co-workers at my last job weren't conducting industrial espionage during their 'bathroom breaks', and we all know how THAT worked out. Stupid lawyers.)
When I'm not working, I explore the views and venues of the Bay Area, often on foot. I also have a mild obsession with games of all kinds.
Just to warn you, most of this journal isn't visible to people not on my friends list. A lot of it isn't even visible to most people who are. So don't expect to see a lot of posting if I don't know you well, and please don't propogate things you saw while logged in.
